Day 0 How to reach Jawai, Rajasthan

Jawai, located in the Pali district of Rajasthan. Here’s how you can reach Jawai conveniently:

By Air

The nearest airport to Jawai is Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur, approximately 150 km away. This airport is well-connected with major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Jaipur. From the airport, you can hire a private taxi, self-drive car, or arrange a transfer to Jawai.

By Train

The closest railway station to Jawai is Falna Railway Station, located about 30 km away. Falna is a small but well-connected station with trains from cities like Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur. From Falna, local taxis or private transfers can bring you to Jawai in under an hour.

By Road

From Udaipur: Jawai is about 150 km from Udaipur and takes around 3–4 hours by car.

From Jodhpur: The distance is approximately 170 km, with a drive time of 3–4 hours.

From Jaipur: Jawai is roughly 400 km away, taking about 7–8 hours by road. You can reach Jawai via state-run buses, private buses, or self-driven vehicles. The roads leading to Jawai are scenic and well-maintained, making it a pleasant journey.

Day 2The story of Shephard

Afterward, meet a local shepherd, Rabbadi, and join him on a hike through the hills and villages, where you’ll learn about traditional shepherding practices and life in the area. In the afternoon, drive to a village, where you will experience the warm hospitality and vibrant culture of the locals. In the evening, enjoy a cultural interaction with the villagers, giving you an opportunity to learn about their customs, traditional crafts, and daily life.

Day 3Adventure Day - Temple Visit, Cycle to Kumbhalgarh & Boat Ride

Take time to explore the temple and appreciate its historical and spiritual significance.
